Bin Delamah Cont. Est. was partially built-up with the skilled manpower and equipment of the earlier Company and augmented by qualified personnel experienced in large industrial Projects. Together with the experience of the promoter in projects involving SEC (Saudi Electricity Company), ARAMCO (Saudi ARAMCO), STC (Saudi Telecommunication Company), Petrochemical and other key sectors, Bin Delamah Cont. Est. now looks forward to participating in the industrial development of the Kingdom in a substantial and positive manner.

Bin Delamah Cont. Est. is based in Rahima, and currently has base camps at Jubail (175 Personnel), Rahima (250 Personnel), Al Hassa (175 Personnel), Dammam (75 personnel), Riyadh (150 personnel), Jeddah (75 personnel) and Hafar Al Batin (100 personnel).  At all these places, the Establishment has a large workshop and besides excellent residential and recreational facilities for its Personnel. The Establishment has a wide range of construction equipment and a large fleet of vehicles. At present the Establishment has over 900 personnel of different trades.

Bin Delamah Cont. Est. has a sound fiscal base, and has the financial resource to execute large contracts. The Management of the Establishment gives highest priority to Safety and Quality in all their ventures and efforts. The Establishment undertakes Electrical, Telecommunication, Civil, and Mechanical, Roads, Structural, Construction and Project Engineering assignments.

Bin Delamah Cont. Est. make wide use of Computerized Systems for design and Monitoring of projects. A System Designer coordinates all computerized operations, so that the work progress can be monitored closely and corrective action taken well before any activity reaches a “state of criticality”. The use of Computers also shall enable submission of regular and “easy to understand” progress reports to the Customer.

Bin Delamah Cont. Est. has well qualified personnel along with the requisite equipment so that all the tasks for the projects can be completed in line with the requirements and to the entire satisfaction of Customer.
